Return Goods Policy
RETURN GOODS POLICY
Last Updated: September 11, 2026
This Return Goods Policy applies to products purchased from P3 Global Services, Inc. (“P3 Global Services,” “P3,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through the P3 Global Services Gateway site or otherwise subject to these terms.
Unless superseded by a separate written agreement containing specific return terms, the following policy applies.
Authorization
As a general rule, P3 Global Services does not accept returns or issue refunds for prepayments, deposits, or production orders.
Any return, exchange, credit, or refund is subject to prior written authorization from P3 Global Services.
P3 Global Services sales representatives are not authorized to independently approve returns, exchanges, credits, or refunds. Final approval must be provided by an authorized P3 Global Services management team member.
Customers requesting a return must obtain a Return Goods Authorization (“RGA”) before shipping any product back to P3 Global Services.
RGA requests must be submitted in writing to:
Unless otherwise approved in writing:
- Return requests must be submitted within 10 days of receipt;
- Approved RGAs are valid for 10 days from the date issued; and
- Products must be returned within the period specified in the RGA.
Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Issuance of an RGA does not guarantee that a refund, credit, or exchange will be issued. Final disposition is determined after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Return Procedure
After obtaining an RGA, each return must include or clearly identify:
- Customer name;
- Customer address;
- Customer account number, where applicable;
- RGA number;
- Original purchase order number or P3 Global Services order number;
- Product description and quantity being returned;
- Lot number, where applicable; and
- Expiration date, where applicable.
Products must be packaged appropriately to prevent damage during return transportation.
Unless the return results from a P3 Global Services shipping error or confirmed product defect, the customer is responsible for return freight and related shipping costs.
Return Policy
Defective Products
Products determined to be defective may be eligible for return, replacement, or credit with prior authorization.
Customers should notify P3 Global Services promptly after discovering a suspected defect and provide photographs, lot information, packaging information, or other documentation reasonably requested by P3 Global Services or the product manufacturer.
Non-Defective Products
Non-defective products generally may not be returned unless P3 Global Services provides a written exception.
If an exception is approved, products must:
- Be unused;
- Be unopened where applicable;
- Be in their original packaging;
- Be in resalable condition;
- Contain all original components, documentation, accessories, and labels;
- Have adequate remaining shelf life where applicable; and
- Otherwise be suitable for resale or restocking.
Approved non-defective returns may be subject to freight charges and restocking fees as described below.

- Products otherwise determined by P3 Global Services to be unsuitable for resale.
Packages received by the customer in visibly damaged condition should be photographed immediately upon receipt.
Damages or Shortages
Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments promptly upon delivery.
To help resolve freight damage or shortage claims, customers should count and inspect delivered goods before accepting delivery whenever reasonably possible.
Visible shortages or damages should be noted on the carrier’s freight bill, delivery receipt, or bill of lading and acknowledged by the carrier where applicable.
Damaged products and their original packaging should be retained until the claim has been resolved or P3 Global Services advises that they may be discarded.
Customers must notify P3 Global Services of:
- Shipping damage;
- Product shortages;
- Missing cartons;
- Incorrect quantities; or
- Other shipment discrepancies
within two (2) business days of receipt.
Claims should be submitted in writing to:
The customer should include photographs and supporting documentation where appropriate.
Failure to report damage or shortages within two business days may affect P3 Global Services’ ability to process a claim, obtain carrier reimbursement, issue credit, or arrange replacement.
Products Shipped in Error by P3 Global Services
Products shipped in error by P3 Global Services are eligible for return for full credit or replacement, subject to verification.
The customer must notify P3 Global Services of the shipping error within two (2) business days of receipt.
Products shipped in error should:
- Remain unused;
- Be maintained in their original packaging; and
- Be returned in substantially the same condition in which they were received.
P3 Global Services will provide return instructions and, where appropriate, arrange or reimburse reasonable return freight for products shipped due to our error.
Restocking Fee Schedule
Restocking fees apply only to approved non-defective returns and do not apply to verified products shipped in error by P3 Global Services or to products accepted as defective unless otherwise agreed.

| 21–30 days | 25% of product value, $25 minimum, plus applicable freight |
| More than 30 days | Not returnable unless expressly approved in writing by P3 Global Services management |
Returns requested more than 10 days after receipt are considered exceptions and require specific management approval.
Approval of an exception does not guarantee credit.
Credits and Refunds
Any approved credit or refund will be determined after P3 Global Services receives and inspects the returned product.
Credits may be reduced by:
- Applicable restocking fees;
- Return freight;
- Original freight where non-refundable;
- Missing items or components;
- Damage;
- Deterioration;
- Reduced resale value; or
- Other costs reasonably associated with processing the return.
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method where practicable.
Processing times may vary depending upon the payment method, financial institution, product inspection requirements, manufacturer involvement, or other circumstances.
Special Agreements
This policy applies unless the customer and P3 Global Services have entered into a separate written agreement containing specific return, warranty, exchange, or refund terms.
If such an agreement conflicts with this Return Goods Policy, the separately executed agreement will control to the extent of that conflict.
